By no means am I a "nit picky" person but in my latest dealings with this business, I was discourage as to my treatment in regards to my vehicle. Now I will be the first to admit that I'm not a certified mechanic (otherwise I would do all of my own work) but I am a reasonably intelligent individual with access to mechanic friends and the world wide web. With that being said, when I ask simple and direct questions in regards to SIMPLE maintenance on a vehicle that I bring into an establishment, I expect to be treated with respect and not talked over or talked down to. I listen to you, you listen to me and then we come to a common understanding. That's how a conversation is suppose to work?? Now I will hopefully consider this an aberration because my dealings with this company has been pleasant in the past but if you are to ask me right now, I'm not happy and I am looking for another place to take my vehicle.
