Aspen Auto Clinic-Tutt

My last three visits were very costly, highly not favorable and most unsatisfying. I made personal contact, and made phone calls up the chain of comand with absolutly unfavorable results! I have been a customer with Aspen over the past 6 or 7 years. Most dissatisfied with repairs and service!!! more

Ask about charges. I was asked to change the cabin filter (that was already out) and was charged 25.00 for changing it on top of the 25.00 filter price. If I had said NO, no charges and I could have changed it myself and at least saved 25.00. Lesson learned I suppose. more

Oil change is good price. I'd really like if: (1) they would change the oil change sticker to reflect my next due date and (2) if they would re-set my "change oil" light - they almost always forget to do this. ANNOYING. Finally, I was concerned about low break fluid and wanted that checked - yes, it needed new breaks but I didn't get a price quote - therefore I just took it somewhere else. Just because I take my car to be serviced other places when its cheaper doesn't mean I wouldn't use Aspen Auto Clinic if the price was better. Finally, watching my car sit outside ready to be checked out for more than 15 minutes is a little ridiculous (especially when I have a fussy 1 year old with me). I will continue to get my oil changed at Aspen Auto but I'm not overly impressed with the service. I did get a call from someone with regards to my service and I mentioned the sticker and wait time but I don't think I mentioned oil change light or the lack of customer care with regards to getting my breaks fixed. I'm glad Aspen Auto Clinic on Tutt seems to be busy and growing but customer service is still a very important factor in today's economy. Thank you for allowing me to give my feedback. I really hate playing the pricing game. Your customer service skills, friendliness and work is very professional. But it bothers me that I have to call around find good price and then you guys match it. Otherwise you would be five stars. I have recommended you before but tell people they have to play the pricing game as well. more

The staff that works in the front is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately after multiple visits and a lot of money my issue I originally brought it in for is still not fixed. Only service center that I have used that wants to charge for multiple test to find out whats wrong. I have only ever paid for a single diagnostic price that was usually applied to the repair in 30+ years of car ownership. I would love to give a higher rating, but bottom line. You didn't fix my car. more

that being said I was called 2 different times in a15 minute spam explaining my truck was ready to my truck wasn't ready. I'm glad the correct message got to me before I walked to the shop. more

This was my first visit. Went for an oil change using "Deal of the Day" and couldn't have been happier with the pleasant and professional staff and great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back. Special recognition to Bry for her great service. Thanks! more

Based upon my calling around to several A+ BBB rated shops, Aspen is roughly 30% - 50% higher for the quotes they gave us on the car repairs. $9000 for a rebuilt engine was the highest we have seen. Most other places with a Jasper rebuilt engine (most had in stock or could get one) was around $5000 - $6000. Aspen used to be just slightly above other business for the same service. But based upon our last visit we can no longer afford their services. Wish we could but money is too tight these days. more

We used Aspen Auto Clinic- Tutt for the first time on Saturday and we loved it. They are friendly and honest! We will used them for all our auto needs from now on and will surely recommend them to others! more
