Great experience! Checked out my broken vehicle is a very timely manner. Descriptions, and estimates of the problem were clear and concise. Repairs were completed in less than 24 hours. Couldn't be happier, will return for service on all of our vehicles from this point on. Thanks to Shanda, and the rest of the team that helped turn this bad situation into a great one! more

I drive from Castle Rock for every oil change, maintenance visit, etc. just to come to Aspen Auto on Tutt! They were recommended to me by my sister after less than desirable service at the dealer, and I couldn't find a mechanic that I loved in Castle Rock either. I have been coming now for years, and would highly recommend them to anyone how values honest, effective work and amazing customer service-each and every time. Thank you, Aspen! more

Quick service 8/30/2013

I got an oil change ang replaced a air filter. They showed me the old filter and it was filthy. Also told me that my brakes were getting low. Great heads up more

Mini Cooper 8/30/2013

I have been taking our mini cooper to you for a while now. I have had brakes done and oil changes. We had an issue with the brakes not being done properly. Sensors were not attached, brakes wore poorly. This last time we had an oil change done and tires rotated. When we got home and the car sat for a day we had a large oil leak under the car. We had a bad seal on the oil filter is my understanding. The problems we have had have all been resolved. If it were not for your front people who I deal with I would not be using you any longer. They are great and they resolve the issues. I know these kinds of things happen but to have had issues with one car on multiple occasions can be a little troublesome. I will continue to use you. more

They matched a price on an expensive repair to keep my business. I wasn't happy with the unexpected repair in the first place due to the cost :( but they did what they needed to do to keep business. They worked with me and I will definitely go back when I need a repair I cannot do myself. more
