Always Excellent Service 9/27/2013

Back again to Aspen for their wonderful service. Brought my truck in for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and they found a potential problem (not serious) I was shown what was needed, it was explained to me and I was given a very fair estimate. The people at Aspen are courteous, thorough and the prices are fair. more

Incomplete job!? 9/26/2013

The invoice states the tires were rotated. I checked the air pressure on the tires this a.m. and two were very low. Do you really rotate the tires and not check air pressure??? more

I had been to Aspen before and always enjoyed my visit, then I went to the dealership because I was getting free oil changes. After my last attempt to get an appointment where I was greeted with no answered phone calls and one very rude receptionist, and this wasn't the first time, I decided I'd rather pay and have exceptional service. Aspen gave me that. They were friendly, attentive and told me everything. plus, the waiting room was stocked with snacks. BONUS. more

When having an oil change, I was told the power steering hose was leaking, and should be replaced ASAP at a high cost, as there was no aftermarket product. I got a second opinion, where I was told it could wait till the next oil change and found that there IS an aftermarket part at one-third the quoted estimate. more
