rates to high 8/1/2013

To change rotors and disk pads on a ford econoline wagon should not be more difficult to replace than an every day passenger vehicle. To charge an extra $100.00 is too much. I was told by Matt to check around on price comparisons,...I thought I was already at the best repair shop in town; I have another vehicle that I have them take care of and another new 2013 car I was thinking of them doing PM's on, but I've become leary and think they have become one of the ordinary run of the mill repair shops in town. more

I was so impressed with the customer service at this place! They were friendly from the moment I walked in. The staff was constantly coming into the lounge and updating me about the progress of my vehicle. They also completely looked over my vehicle and gave recommendations of what it could use in the near future, but they were never pushy about trying to sell it right now. Their lounge is incredibly nice! It offers complimentary snacks, and beverages which you never see! To top it off the service prices were unbeatable. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back myself! more

my new mechanics 7/27/2013

I tried Aspen Auto Clinic on recommendation from a friend and at first glance I was skeptical.The lobby was decorated nicely and upscale and I remember thinking. . Oh no. . They are going to have to over charge to pay for this building! The shop itself was super clean( no naked chic calenders here) and I was treated with respect! The tech showed me what needed to be done on my car which was a refreshing change from the norm, as most shops assume I know nothing about cars since I'm female.I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of my repair as it came complete with discounts and was reasonable to begin with. I would rate it five stars if I didn't have to come back for one small fix of a manufacturer defect. All in all... I've found my forever car shop! more
