I dropped my vehicle off at 8AM to have new tires installed. The installation was not completed on the same day although I was told it would be. Aspen did not call me all day to update me and tell me of the delay. I had to go to the shop at closing time and found that my vehicle had not been moved all day. I agreed to leave the vehicle so the tires could be installed on the second day. Communication from Aspen was sorely lacking. The work was satisfactory, but it took too long and status updates were nonexistent.
