What made me happy: I felt the repair desk staff were friendly, helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Your building is very nice and very clean. Your hours are convenient.
What did not make me happy: I felt the cost quoted to me was quite high. Too high.
Additionally, I was not happy when Mike yanked your yellow tag off of my VW key. When he did this he pulled the key ring loop out of the back of my key. Mike said, oh, sorry, that happens all the time, I'll order you a new one. Sure he will! If this happens all of the time, use scissors.
