Absolutely Great Service! 3/17/2012

I absolutely love this company! I have been a tenant for only a short while, and I have been amazed with the service I've received. I woke up 2 days ago to find that my hot water tank was leaking. I called Rathbun immediately to let them know what had happened. I was amazed that they had someone out the same day to assess it, and when they realized that it could not be fixed, the very next morning they were installing a new one. Talk about excellent service! It's comforting to know that they will always be there when my family and I need them. Thank you Rathbun Realty. We appreciate you. more

Very Personable 3/13/2012

I am very happy with Rathbun's services. They have managed my home for over 3 years. Everyone is so nice when I call & I get quick responses when I email. I actually got an email from the broker making me aware of some changes in the way my deposit was going to happen. I told her that I didn't mind the change at all & I appreciate the heads up, but what really made me happy was that she responded to my email on the weekend. I don't know if she was actually in the office or repsonding from home, but the fact that she got back to me before Monday was impressive. Thanks Casssandra for making me feel like my business is important! more

Fantastic Company! 3/12/2012

Rathbun Realty has been managing my 2 rental properties for 5 years and I recently purchased one more that I will be handing over to them. They take great care of all of my properties so I know I don't have to worry about them!!! We know exactly what is going on at all times and our questions are always answered. I am thankful to Rathbun for taking care of my tenants and always having our best interest at heart!! more

Great Landlords 2/27/2012

I started renting with Rathbun last December. I've been meaning to do this since I renewed my lease. What an awesome company! They've made it so easy for us! The repairs always get taken care of & they offered to clean my carpets. My last landlord didn't offer to do that! Every time I call someone is available to help me & it doesn't matter who I talk to...everyone is so nice! They actually know me by name & talk to me when I come in. I couldn't be happier with Rathbun! more

THE BEST!!!! 2/22/2012

Working with Rathbun Realty has just been the best decision my husband and I have made in many years. We have rentals in Arizona and in California and have had problems with either the management companies or the tenants, we never found the perfect fit. We started with Rathbun in March of 2011 and could not be happier. The tenants they have found are very good and the repairs needed, minimal, were taken care of quickly and at a fair price. I am telling all my friends! Thanks again to the folks at Rathbun!\r Kathy more

A Welcome Change 2/19/2012

I recently changed to Rathbun because the management company I was using wasn't doing their job. My property wasn't getting repaired when it needed, the rent was never collected on time and no one ever responded to my calls or emails. Since being with Rathbun my property is now in better shape than when I lived in it, the rent is collected and is caught up, and they even had my property on their rental lists as soon as the people said they were not renewing their lease. more

Fast and Friendly 2/14/2012

I recently put up my property for rental and Rathbun had it rented before I even had a chance to finish moving out. Their employees have been polite and helpful thru the whole process and they have tried to keep me informed all along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone! more

Happy with Rathbun 2/14/2012

I have rented with Rathbun for the last 5 years. It has been a really good experience. We have needed minor repairs done. They were taken care of. When I was ready to renew my lease the maintenance department would have my carpets cleaned.\r Having a family and working is enough stress on one. Living in a home with not much worries is such a relief. I am very thankful for Rathbun and their staff. more

Excellent Service 2/10/2012

Rathbun Realty has managed my house for 2 years, and I have been overjoyed with the service they have provided me. With the market the way it has been, I thought that it would take months for them to rent my house out. I was so happy to have a new tenant for my house within 2 weeks. Rathbun took care of everything for me, and has continued to do so this whole time. They communicate with me regularly to let me know how my property is doing, and I am completely satisfied with them. Thanks to all the staff for all their hard work and professionalism. Interesting how someone can lose their brokers license for ""accounting irregularities"" and still be a spokesman for the company that her husband bought. Ah, the Phoenix rises from the ashes, more deceit and lies. Beware, George and Casey are in cahoots with this scamster. more

I am a tenant with Rathbun Realty for the past 10 years. When I have requesting work to be done at the home. Their responds time has been quick and professional. When our garage door broke. With in a week they had soneone out to see what was needed and by the next day I had a new door. Thanks to everyone at Rathbun Realty. more

Great Property Managers 2/2/2012

Rathbun Realty has recently started managing my house. Out of every company I had called inquiring about property management, they were so friendly & helpful. One of their agents met me at the house & talked about how their company works & what I could expect. It was a no brainer, she made me feel like they really have their stuff together. The house rented quickly & the funds were in my account by the end of the month. Now that I'm out of state it's nice to know I don't have to stress about house anymore. more

The best in property Management.\r \r Rathbun has managed my properties in Tucson for over 10 years. Since I live out of state I rely on them to keep me up to date with the necessary repairs, finding rentors. Any repairs on the property you get a detailed invoice. For major problems you get a personal phone call. I get immediate responses to my concerns and questions. I even recommended them to my friends and family. \r \r They have made my life a lot easier.....they take the stress away.\r \r more

They've got my vote! 1/25/2012

I've rented from Rathbun for the last 4 years. Since the day I started looking at their houses, the staff has been nothing short of nice & helpful. The quick response & friendliness is actually the reason I'm writing. Any time I submit a work request Rathbun takes care of it. I've had my kitchen sink leak so bad it was running onto the floor. They sent a maintenance guy out that afternoon. The heat stopped working a few weeks ago & Rathbun sent someone out on a Saturday. I've even put in a work request for the doorbell not working. One of the girls called and said they would get it on the schedule but it would be a few days since there were other things that needed to take priority. They came out later that week. It's kind of weird to read some of the things people say on here about having things fixed. Why would Rathbun ignore problems with the house? They have to answer to the owners... I just can't imagine that. Anyway, they've got my vote. They're honest & nice to work with.\r more
