Very Pleasant 7/22/2010

My family rented with Rathbun Realty this past year. My husband was transferred for his job to another city on short notice (we had about 1 week to find a home in El Paso, and move). With all the rushing, we were unable to get the house cleaned to the way we wanted. Rathbun charged us cleaning on our move-out, which was understandable because we did leave the house a dirty. Even through all this, Rathbun was very pleasant. If we ever get transferred back to Tucson, we will use Rathbun Realty again. more

Professional Co. 7/19/2010

My family and I have had rentals for several years with different management companies, some good some bad. Dealing with Rathbun Realty has been the best experience we have ever had. They were able to meet with me promptly, very informative, answered all my questions and told me what to expect for rent. I gave them our Rancho Sahuarita home and they rented it within 3 weeks! They also took care of all the prep work, cleaning, repairs, and landscaping. We could not be happier. Phil Pros: Did what they promised more

Owner 7/15/2010

I was an owner with Rathbun Realty for many years. After under-going some hardships (divorce, family issues) in my life, I was unable to provide for my rentals financially and sold my investment properties. Rathbun was very helpful throughout the entire situation. They also were the agents to list my properties. With many issues with the houses, they always tried to help me, and always had my best interest in mind when it came to making a decision. Now that it has been several years, I am now looking again to purchase investment properties in the Tucson area, and I know that I will use Rathbun again, for everything. more

I am an owner, and a previous renter with Rathbun Realty. I can honestly say they are the best to work with. Being experienced on both ends, I know what it feels like to be a tenant and having to deal with issues on the house as well as being the owner of the property. I respect everything they do, and I am very grateful for what they do. I would not trust anyone else to rent from, or manage my home. more

I was a tenant with Rathbun Realty for several years. They amazed me. They handle all issues quickly and professionally. They always had things taken care of when I needed them to be done. I had hit a rough patch and they also worked with me so I was able to stay in the home. After getting back on my feet, I bought a house through them. For anything future, I will always use them. more

grateful \r My husband and I were managing our rental ourselves and realized it was much more work than we anticipated. I called Rathbun Realty had an appt, we liked their program so we signed up. Not only do they take care of the management portion but they did all the repairs and cleaning that was needed in record time. Are house looks great. We could not be happier. I am amazed with the service of Rathbun Realty. They exceed my expectations. Several years ago I hired them to manage my home in Tucson, thinking it would just be like all the other property management companies, and was I wrong. I really did not have to worry about a single thing. They took care of everything for me. They always handle any issues concerning my home with MY best interest in mind. I will always use them. more

Wonderful 6/18/2010

Rathbun Realty has managed my property for the last 4 years on the eastside of Tucson. We have just recently had to replace the air conditioner on the house & I have to say that I've never been more impressed! Obviously replacing the unit is my responsibilty as an owner, but Rathbun had their HVAC technician replace it. I didn't have to do anything out of my way to get it done as I do not live in Tucson. They have always been wonderful at taking care of my property, but this clearly shows they have my best interest in mind! more

Dependable Company 6/18/2010

We needed to find a home while still living in Texas.\r We called Rathbun they emailed us a list of homes we then went on line to Rathbun's web site. Found a house we liked and when we arrived to Tucson and got to the house it was Beautiful just like the pictures. Everything was clean and the yard free of weeds. For as long as we are renters we will be renters with Rathbun Realty. more

Just moved out... 6/17/2010

Just recently I was transferred out of Tucson. I was renting a home from Rathbun Realty. Upon moving to Tucson, they had the best variety of houses, and it was not hard to find what I was looking for. While renting from them, repairs and any issues I had, they took care of right away and kept me updated. Upon moving out, I was still amazed. Most management companies I have dealt with tried every trick in the book with keeping my deposit, but not Rathbun... I didn’t have to go through all the crap to get my deposit back like I had to with the other companies. They were honest about it. If I ever go back to Tucson, I will use them again without a doubt in my mind. more

Great Service 6/10/2010

I work for a large company out of Texas & was recently told I would be transferring to Tucson. My husband & I went to Tucson to start looking for a home to rent. I had met with a realtor from another company who took us around to look at rental homes. He happened to find some great homes listed with Rathbun Realty. We met one of their property managers at one of the homes who showed it to us because it was still occupied. She gave us keys for a few other homes that were vacant & my realtor took us to see them. After looking at all the homes, my husband & I decided which one was best for us & immediately signed a lease! We were absolutely impressed by Rathbun's customer service. We may not stay here for years, but I would recommend anyone I know or come across to rent with Rathbun! Thanks for your time & great service!! more

Amazed 6/10/2010

I am an owner with Rathbun Realty, and have been for several years now. Just recently, my home had a structural issue and we sent it to my insurance. With me being half-way around the country, I was worried that things would not be taken care of. However, Rathbun got right on it. That talked with the insurance company, and arranged everything with my tenants. They would give me updates on my home, and what the next step is. I was so amazed on how they just took control of the situation and corrected the issue. I will always use Rathbun Realty to manage my home. more

I called Rathbun after seeing their commercials on TV. Susan came over to my house the next day and explained their services and gave me an estimate on what my house would rent for. I was happy they answered their phone right away and very happy they sent someone over so quickly after I called. I signed up with them and they found me a good tenant about 3 weeks after I listed the house. I like all their advertising and I am happy the house rented so fast! I was a little surprised at the cost of cleaning and carpet cleaning my home-but at least they let me know in advance how much it would cost. I would recommend this company if you need to get your house rented fast! Pros: Rented my home fast! Cons: Cleaning expenses were high more

I am currently renting from Rathbun Realty, and they are great. Everytime I need something done or taken care of they get on it right away, and keep my updated. I am currently looking to buy a house, and will use one of their agents. I wouldnt use or trust any other company. more

I've been a landlord for the past 5 years & have recently turned my home over to Rathbun to manage my property. When I called to get information on what I needed to do to get started, Susan was very helpful. I have always been a little skeptical about property management companies, but I have full faith & trust that Rathbun will take care of things properly! What a huge weight off my shoulders & what a relief to work with such great people! more

Use Rathbun To Rent 6/1/2010

We rent from Rathbun Realty and have for years. We think they do a great job. When our A/C went out over the weekend they made sure someone was there to fix ASAP. We would never use another company. Thank You For ALL YOUR HARD WORK. more
