I just recently rented a home managed by Rathbun Realty. From the first time I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile & friendly attitude. Happy Tenant 5/25/2010

I rented from Rathbun Realty several years ago. They were great. Everytime I needed something done or I had a question they were there to help. After several years, I turned around and bought a house through one of their agents. I am now looking into buying my second home, and I plan on having Rathbun Realty manage my home. more

I currently have my house listed with Rathbun for rent. It has been on the market for 2 weeks and they already have several prospects. They call me on a regular basis to give me updates, the fees to put the house on the market were reasonable, and their agents are very professional. Susan came to my house the same day I called them and signed me up! I also like the fact that there are no phone trees!! Pros: Great service, friendly people more

You Get What You Pay For 5/13/2010

We use Rathbun Realty to manage our property and the old statement you get what you pay for is true. They do a great job. We never have to worry about anything it is all done by Rathbun from finding the tenants to repairs, all with out any problems. Our rent is deposited to our account we never have to lift a finger. I was a tenant 5/13/2010

I was transferred back in 2009 to DM. When I first arrived in Tucson I was living on base. A lot of my co-workers suggested Rathbun Realty to me so I could move off base, so I called them. Within a week, I found a house I liked, and received keys to move in. They made it easy. I recommend any person to them to rent a house. more

Great rental company 5/11/2010

I moved to Tucson a month ago and the first property I rented had a broken water line 2 days before I moved in. Moving truck was on its way-I had no place to send it! I walked into Rathbun and they had some very nice houses in the same neighborhood. I went and looked at a few the same day and chose one right around the corner from where I originally rented. The house was very clean and ready to move in. I was able to get approved the same day and moved in on schedule. There were some problems with the A/C and they sent a worker out as soon as I called. I am very happy with this company. Pros: Nice, clean homes Cons: App and credit report fees more

Great Property Management 5/10/2010

Great Property Management, We have had Rathbun Realty manage our two homes in Tucson for almost 5 years. The tenants they have rented our homes to have been very good, no complaints. If I need an answer to a question I always get a quick response. Our homes have needed some repairs through the years and their maintenance co. took care of it. The work has been done well and prices are in line with other companies. Basically they are doing their job! Satisfied Owner more

Great Service 5/10/2010

My husband and I just moved to Tucson from Texas. His company transferred him and we had to find a home quick. I searched the web and found Rathbun Realty, I e-mailed them requesting info about rentals. They were really helpful and very nice. I went to their website, and found a few houses to look at. When I moved to Tucson, a friend of mine recommended Rathbun Realty to rent from because they were renting from them and never had any problems. I took their advice and have really had a good experience with a home I really like. The people at RR are really helpful. When they asked me to write a review of my experience, I did not hesitate. Great Company 5/6/2010

First of all I would like to start by saying I love this company. I hired Rathbun Realty several weeks ago to manage my home. I called in one day and had an appointment the next day and met with Susan. She went through all the information with me about renting my home out. At that time I had signed the contract but, I still needed my husband to sign. A couple days later (still before my husband had signed) Rathbun called me saying someone was interested in my property for rent and was willing to sign a lease however couldn’t because they still needed my husband’s signature. I was amazed that before we had even had everything finalized they already had a renter for my house. I made my husband sign it that night, sent it to Susan the next day and then they signed the lease with the renters. They had everything handled. They really did take the worry out of renting my home. Pros: Hard working!!! Loyal!!! more

Very Satisfied 4/29/2010

I called Rathbun after seeing their TV commercial to ask about putting my home on the rental market because I am getting divorced. They answered the phone (suprise!!) right away, and sent one of their agents out the very same day I called! The house rented within a couple of weeks and my now I don't need to worry about losing the house. This is a great company!! Pros: Good customer service Cons: Admin fee more

Be Weary of Great Reviews! 4/21/2010

I cannot say much because at this point, because of certain issues still lingering. But, I would seriously reconsider using this company for your rental needs! I worry that so many raving reviews appeared around the same time. Just beware that things are not as peachy as they seem. Do your homework, contact the BBB and if it doesn't seem right, don't sign with them! You will be sorry and probably out of a whole lot of money. Also, if you notice most of the ""Raving reviews"" don't have anything else reviewed on City Search, just Rathbun. (Although the same can be said for me!) Just be careful. That is my only advice. Cons: Disorganization, lack of care for tenants and landlords more

job transfer 4/15/2010

I recently found out my family and I had to move out of Tucson, the company I work for was re-locating. We did not want to sell our home now in this market so we thought about renting it out. We saw Rathbun Realty's ad on TV and decided to give them a call. We had appts. with a couple of other companies but decided to go with Rathbun. We are very happy with our decision. They rented our house, for a good price too! It only took them 3 weeks. It has been 6 months now since we left and everything is great. They did an inspection on our house and sent me the report everything looks very good, we were nervous about renting out our house before but now we can relax knowing everything is taken care more

If you are looking to rent a house go to Rathbun Realty first. They have the biggest selection of homes we have ever seen. Every house we looked at was clean and the rents were reasonable. IMPRESSED 3/25/2010

I was really amazed at the response I got from Rathbun Realty when I decided to rent my home. I gave up on selling it and thought I'd be better off to just rent it. I called several different companies and was able to talk to a ""live"" person at Rathbun who answered all my questions. She arranged to view my house the next day and had it on the market the following day. This was two weeks ago and it has already rented. I'm really impressed with their ability to get the job done! more
