I am very happy with Rathbun's services. They have managed my home for over 3 years. Everyone is so nice when I call & I get quick responses when I email. I actually got an email from the broker making me aware of some changes in the way my deposit was going to happen. I told her that I didn't mind the change at all & I appreciate the heads up, but what really made me happy was that she responded to my email on the weekend. I don't know if she was actually in the office or repsonding from home, but the fact that she got back to me before Monday was impressive. Thanks Casssandra for making me feel like my business is important!
