AC stopped working during 100 degree plus Texas weather. Came to work in the morning sent an appointment scheduler email from John Wayne's website, expecting it to take a few days because the heat. ...not the case though. Call back was quick, and appointment was for the same day. Technician arrived assessed the situation, and called me with my options. He also told me, all repair dollars would be applied to the next fix up if each lower was unsuccessful. I chose the cheapest route, which turned up a hole in my rusted out evaporator coil. Very costly, so I decided to go with a new unit in the attic. They had it out and installed by the end of the very next day. Amazing service throughout the process, and the technicians were very respectful of the property. AC repair is expensive across the board, so I was hoping for at least great service, and that is what I got. Great Job John Wayne!!! Thanks!
