outstanding customer service and professionalism 9/10/2011

Jason and Andrew did outstanding work and were very professional while troubleshooting our AC problem. Their professionalism and dedication to their job showed true comstomer service satifaction to themselves and Jon Wayne. I will request these two techs if I have future problems with my AC. more

Outstanding work and professionalism 9/9/2011

Jason and his assistant were carefull in cleaning after themselfs. They arrived early after ample notification. Very professional and attentive to my description of problem with the system. Jason always go above and beyond, which is the reason I always make it a point to ask for him specifically, even if I have to wait a few extra days. more

From Jennifer who called to kindly remind me I was in need of a Summer checkup to Eddie who came and did the Summer and the Winter checkup at the same time I could not be more pleased. From the call to let me know they were on the way this morning to the shoe covers Eddie put on each time he entered my home good customer service is what I received. I actually felt the Lord through each of these folks I dealt with. I appreciate this. I am asking God to bring prosperity and growth to this American owned company. Excellent Service 9/6/2011

Matt was very professional, and found a problem with an improperly placed valve that had not been discovered in the last 5 years. He also gave me information regarding ac filters that wil help me save money, as well as prevent further freeze ups of my unit. more
