Groupon made it sound like a good deal. So I went for it.\r \r Service guy's name was Brandon. He was shady as hell. He arrived at 1:25 and took his time doing everything. Wife wasn't looking over shoulder or anything just gave her access to the house. He kept asking personal questions about me. What I do and if I come often. Then when finished he insisted to talk to me and that if he didn't talk to me he would kept hus findings to himself. He refused to give my wide the invoice without going over it. My wife had to run out and pick up my son from daycare and he waited outside for her. Wife came back and he gave her the invoice.\r He left around 530 when reading invoice, it shows he was present at home from 1:45-4:30. Called company and complained and they gave me crap about employes going through background checks before getting hired.\r \r Long story short, when my wife is harrassed by someone I'm paying and trusting to work around my kids. I expect professional customer service.\r \r Take the chance and maybe you'll have a better experience but jon wayne needs better structure when it comes to employees. They don't even keep track of their location at anytime.\r \r Sorry jon wayne. I gave you a chance and you blew it. Never again will I trust anyone who enters house again. more

I made an appointment, discussed prices and the services provided ad me t the service tech at the appropriate time (he was actually waiting for me and I was a little early!). The service was performed in a professional and timely manner and the charges were as per my agreement. No add-ons. Just great service. more

Very Pleased with Jonathon's Quality of Service and level of Professionalism 2/24/2014

Jonathon is a very Good Man, one that your company is certainly very fortunate to have as its employee and for me to have had as a service provider. His level of professionalism and friendliness, parallels that of the two service techs that first installed my system, some eight years back. From the moment I opened the door to him, his very " Friendly " personality was very apparent. Heck, he even sat down to have a couple of beers with me . . . < smiles n lol > I am just kidding. He came in, serviced my system and at the end, took the time to discuss with me what he had done and even addressed some questions that I had for him. Jonathon is an Excellent technician and perhaps even better, an Awesome person. A Loud Marine Corps " Ooo, Rahhh " for him . . . aka, " Two Thumbs Up ". more

have not had the best luck with AC companies in the past. But my heater went completely out. So I tried Jon Wayne. Phone operator took my service \r Call and was very professional. They sent out their Technician Albert. He arrived on time. Was clean and neat. Spoke well and was very friendly. Best part was my heater is running and it didn't cost me a fortune. I will be replacing my unit later this year and plan to use Jon Wayne for the installation. more
