On time or better. Very professional. Absolutely fabulous service. 6/20/2013

On the day of the appointment, called to see if they could come EARLY -- that never happens anymore, you are lucky if staff show up on time. I was without working a/c, so I was thrilled. EVERYONE (staff on the phone and at my home) were kind and helpful. EVERYONE did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Absolutely fabulous service! This team is the one to call. more

Never expected this high of service 6/12/2013

We had a young man by the name of Bill Hagen, come out to service our A/C. There aren't enough word to explain how wonderful this young man was. He was very professional, knew what he was doing and did it without any delays,very polite and took steps beyond what he HAD to do. He treated us like he was taking care of his own mother. That really means alot. We would of liked to keep him. Thank You more

Jon Wayne A/C & Htng tops in San Antonio! Why Would you use anyone else. 6/3/2013

Everyone knows all A/C emergencies happen on the weekend. Not to worry with Jon Wayne. Their customer service and techs are the best. Special thanks to Julie, Efrain G., and Bill H. for their incredible service, knowledge, and integrity. The loan of a window A/C unit made the weekend bearable. Last comment: (if you use Jon Wayne and I highly recommend it) membership in one of their "Rescue Club" plans is a MUST. Peace of mind and it will save you $$$$. more

Service Tec Ray: AC Tune Up 6/3/2013

Upon arrival he introduce himself, he used shoe covers each time he entered our home. He took his time and preformed a detail check on our ac unit. He was polite, we also discussed some other concerns I had. He presented me with some information, options and prices in regard to my concerns. I told him I would have to think about it. His response was no problem he was not pushy. Great Experience. Thanks Ray more

Dustin is a great employee representing Jon Wayne 5/27/2013

This was the first call we had made for service as we moved into our residence 05 Nov 12 from Iowa. Also, your staff kept me informed of delays to my original time block of 1000 - 1400 because of the mass service calls. Was around 2000 when Dustin arrived and after 2200 when he left. He was very thorough obtaining information for his trouble shooting of the inside and outside units. He reached his conclusion, applied the repairs and retested to ensure compliance. Sure felt good to sleep in a nice cool house after spending a few warm days without the AC running properly. ;0) more
