Bill hagan is Fantastic 12/13/2013

Very detailed winter tune up. Bill spent time walking me through each step and explaining the impacts and meaning of each and every item. He was not pushy in any way and just because of that I signed up for the plumbing and electrical monthly service club. This guy understands the meaning of service is to build trust with your customers and for that he is now my go to guy. John Wayne great hire, this guy should be your ambassador of service. He gets it!! more

Outstanding Service from Technician 9/5/2013

I wasn't too pleased with the scheduling slip up and feel sorry for the Technicians who come to do the work...as they get the brunt of the frustration. However, the Technician in this case made all the difference. It was not his fault and realize that. He was very professional and courteous. Even offered to call after the next leg of the work that is to be done to make sure everything went well. Whoever messed up the scheduling needs to thank the Technician over and over again because he made all the difference. more

Run away from this company. I called them sometime last year for a summer check up and we loved them very nice said we were leaking freon we never doubted it because the unit was old. He said that it must be a slow leak because he couldn't find where it was leaking from. So we dished out 300 . Part of the deal was they do a winter check up . Well, they didn't called intill springtime. Then, had to reschedule twice because they were over 2 hours passed the time the said they would be here. The straw that broke the camels back was when they sent out a different guy from the last time he acted like he was the one that was there before. On top of that he said he told me before where the leak was. What really got me was that he left the cap to the freon off trying to set me up. Needless to say this summer I needed to replace my ac unit inside but guess who I DIDN'T CALL John Wayne . more

Our tech Abel was fantastic! He was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. He did not try to pressure me into buying anything, but did suggest things that needed to be done to my ac unit, at my convenience. Now my ac is running great! Everyone I talked to at Jon Wayne were very nice and very helpful. I also like the way the website is designed, and the fact that it tells you exactly how much the service call will be. I would recommend these guys to anyone. more

The Tech (Bill Hagen) that came out to my home completed a very thorough system check and maintenance. Bill was polite, courteous, outgoing, and has the greatest customer services skills that I have not seen in a very long time. He took his time to explain everything to me and how to read his instruments and what all the numbers and readings meant. Jon Wayne Air Conditioning should be proud to have such a great employee and veteran to work for them. I will always ask for Bill for now on unless the wait time to too long. more

Exceptional People make an Exceptional Business 8/15/2013

My wife called for service and the technician came out. He thought he had fixed the problem, but promised to return if it persisted. Later that evening, our A/C went out again and Misty called for help. The same technician showed up quickly, and I was immediately impressed. The gentleman showed up in a clean uniform and with a ready smile and handshake. He seemed to be to be happy to be there and helping us, despite it being after hours. His desire to be helpful showed itself throughout his entire visit. He took time to inspect everything, even things he didn't expect to have a problem with, and he took time to explain what he was doing each time I stepped out to check on him. Not once did my wife or I ever get any feeling from him other than a sincere desire to do a good job and treat us fairly. Are technician was very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Most of all, he was friendly and seemed to greatly enjoy his job. Being a business owner myself, I know how rare quality employees are, and this fellow was an absolute gem. Please pass on my compliments to his management, and my sincerest suggestion that they do everything they can to keep him employed and happy. People like this are rarely "stuck" in a job and can move anytime they desire, so keep him as long as you can. Bravo, and very well done! more
