VERY dishonest service call 7/21/2013

I called Jon Wayne A/C out when my air was blowing cool but not cold. I was told that the evaporator coil on my 2 year Lennox was leaking and that I was SIGNIFICANTLY low on refrigerant. I was given a quote just under $2000. I paid the service call and let him leave. I called another a/c company and was told there was no leak and I was a pound and a half low on refrigerant. The total cost was $120. It has run perfectly well ever since. I am widowed with three young children at home. I needed someone fair, HONEST and reliable. The service man that came to my house was a snake in the grass. I was told by yet another company that Jon Wayne pays commission to the service men that come out based on the total cost of the job. more

The team at Jon Wayne has never disappointed me. From the sale and installation of my new system in the fall of 2011, to the system checkups we receive, they have always maintained a superior service attitude. My service tech today was Justin Beck. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. He pointed out some maintenance tips, and without hesitation replaced the UV lamps in the air handler when he found that they were out. I cannot say enough good things about Jon Wayne. I have, and will, recommend Jon Wayne to anyone that asks. more

I was so please with Ramero and what he did. My warrenty service came they looked at it and said someone else had cut the wires. And said the motor was bad and maybe the compress was out to . Your service man came in checked it out and found there was a wire lose . And low and behold it work. He took the time to explain what happen and what he did. If i need another service for my ac I will call you all and i will tell everyone what a great service I got for you . Thank you . And I am glad You have people like Him working for you GOD BLESS YOU! more

We have been members of the Gold Rescue Club for several years and have been more than happy with the service and professionalism we have received. We almost always have the same technician, and it is so nice to know who is coming into your home. We highly recommend Jon Wayne for heating and air conditioning needs. more

Most professional, honest a/c and heating company I have ever dealt with. 7/5/2013

My a/c went out on July 4th. Called Jon Wayne and received an appt between 10am -2pm on the 5th. Received a call on the 5th @ 7:28 wanting to see if they check on my problem earlier. When does that ever happen? My technician arrived 45 minutes later. presented me his business card, and immediately told me my system was still under warranty and there would be no charges for the repair. He put on foot covers, checked the thermostat, went outside to check the unit, and had the problem diagnosed in less than 15 minutes, which was a bad capacitor. Double checked all amps, volts, and pressure temps. Couldn't have asked for a more courteous, honest, and professional service advisor! more

We've tried many other A/C companies, but Jon Wayne gave us superior service, and every employee who came out including Carlos, Ross, Dakota and Phillip knew exactly what they were doing and took the time to explain everything. I will never go with any other company again. They even went out of there way to loan us two window units over the weekend, until they could get here and install the unit on Monday.
