"Alfredo Martinez" is with out the best tech you've sent our way. Extremely professional, very thorough and absolutely outstanding. Water heater door installation 8/13/2013

Emilio Gonzales came to our home to replace our dilapidated water heater door. Emilio did a great job! He first took the measurements and explained what he was going to do and approx how long it would take. Very professional, respectful young man. Thank you, Emilio. Best company in town!!!! 8/7/2013

It was a horrible morning waking up to a busted pipe and water all over my yard and street. As soon as my husband and I saw this disaster we knew immediately who to call, Jon Wayne. I'm glad we did, not only were they at my house within 45min.-1hr, the plumbers working on my house were very professional and had the job done in an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the professionalism and the price. Thank you so much Jon Wayne!!!! more

Outstanding job Jon Wayne! 7/28/2013

Called Jon Wayne because my AC seemed to be running more than usual, and I thought it was about that time of year to have a tune up on my unit. 30 minutes later Chris Buck arrived at my house! He immediately knew my concerns and explained that because of the high humidity my unit was running more than usual. Made total sense!! He then proceeded in his very professional way to completely exam the entire unit inside and out. Twice a year a technician comes to maintain my AC and heat units and each time they totally amaze me!! I felt at ease having Chris in my home and knew without a doubt everything was being taken care off! Thank you Chris and Jon Wayne for an outstanding job!! more

Poor follow up service. 7/24/2013

These guys took us for more than $700 for misdiagnosed a/c repair and were not willing to admit fault. I called my home warranty service and they sent someone that did the repair right! Shame on Jon Wayne for not admitting to their botched repair job. I would not recommend Jon Wayne. more
