Outstanding, across the board! 5/23/2013

We purchased our JW unit about two years ago, and on those very few occassions where we needed help or maintenance, we found the JW team professional, knowledgable, and couteous. Most recently, we had Bill Hagan out for routine annual maintenance. In the future, we want him for our personal maintenance technicial. He is a "heads & sholders" representative of JW, and while all of your people are good, he is great! In summary, he conducted his maintenance actions as if the unit he was working on was his own family's AC system. There is no greater tribute! more

Every time I have John Wayne hearting and Air Conditioning come to my home I have had excellent service. Today, the person who made the call was just exceptional. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as he went about his job. He was very personable and answered my questions as he explained each step. more

Replacement of water heater 5/7/2013

Sometime during the evening of Friday, May 3 our water heater started leaking water that I did not notice until in came out from under the garage door. I shut off the water and waited until 8:30 Saturday morning to call Jon Wayne. Within an hour of my call John Arispe and his partner were at my house confirming the need for a replacement. The work was completed professionally and without any problems! more

Brandon Jones did an excellent job except when he left he did not reset electrical circuit that controlled our microwave, oven, and stovetop. You company sent an electrican the next day and fixed the problem more

The follow-up techs and supervisors demonstrated the similar traits. To this point their work and results match their advertisement on newspaper and TV. more

I have dementia. I told Rudy that right off. He was patient explaining to me. He came back later that evening. He then explained to my husband. We bought one of the options. We are due in Oct. We request Rudy, if possible. Does your company recognize the compliments your employees get? According to rudy, Matt came last time. I dont remember him. That is why my husband and myself request rudy. He was very informative to myself and my husband when he came back that evening. We have been with jon Wayne about 10 years. Have been very happy more

Service tech was friendly and worked effeciently. How ever, i was charged 310 dollars for the replacement of a 15 dollar condenser relay. He also tried to sell me a hard start super booster capacitor a 30 dollar part to go with the relay for a total of 710 dollars, none of the instillation being even an hours worth of labor. If they are making that much profit off parts and labor then im in the wrong buisness. more
