On Dec 30, 2013 I called for a regular check-up. The girl who answered the telephone was extremely pleasant and professional, and made me smile with a catch phrase "...........how can I make you smile today?" I liked that. I explained to her that when we checked the thermostat that morning there was a message indicating our filter needed checking. Eventhough it was not urgent and did not need to be done so quickly, she promised someone would be out between 2 and 6. That happened exactly as she said. She also said she would call shortly before the workman arrived. That happened exactly as she said. When the workman came he entered our house with a huge smile on his face and introduced himself. He put on his little slippers and promptly went to work. With no dilly-dallying around, he went to the unit and his work had begun. He worked with no fuss and soon was asking how to get into the attic as his work was not done until he checked a light which, unfortunately, is located in a very difficult area of the attic. No problem he said while climbing the ladder and squeezing through the extremely small opening. When he came down he was still smiling. We liked that.
This review of Johnathan (I think his last name is Marralis) is not meant to take away from the other Jon Wayne workmen who've been to our house. There has never been anyone who has not been most efficient and professional. In fact, in all our years I can't remember anyone being so thorough and appearing happy to get the job done NOW and RIGHT from installation to today. We appreciate that kind of knowledge and attitude. Its hard to find these days but we know we've found it through workmen like Johnathon.
