Top Notch Service 8/25/2011

We filled out the online form at 10:30PM on Monday night and within a minute we received a call from a dispatcher confirming that we would be getting a repair visit the next morning between 8-11AM the next day. We received a courtesy call as the technician was traveling to our home. The techician thoroughly evaluated our system and fixed the problem. We could not be more pleased. more

The PM and service tune-up was fast, efficient and thorough without any problems noted. The service technician was very professional and provided informative information and answered all my questions and suggested the best time for my fall PM. Will recommend? Well I have already recommended your company to three new customers you are now serving. You might find this interesting since 2009 when I had my new unit and ducts installed, I have not set my thermostat below 80 degrees for cooling. I love my system, best investment I've made in a long time. Keep up the great work. Thank you for your service. more

Technician performed a very thorough check-up of our AC . 8/22/2011

I was not at home at the time the service man performed a performance check and inspection of my AC system. My wife is very knowledgeable of the system. She said was very thorough. My wife said the technician even flushed out the drain system on our unit. This is the first time that a company has flushed out the drain. Thanks for the excellent check-up. more
