My only complaint was with the scheduling. I was told that he would arrive between 12 and 4, but he didn't arrive until 6:45. I received 2 calls saying that he would be late, I just didn't expect it to be 3 hours later. more

Wow! Excellent Team 8/12/2011

My new Bryant run quieter than OE. I had a very popular brand installed by a local HVAC company in the past. Now that my new Bryant is installed, I feel the differnce in the quality of product and my family feels the comfort that they deserve. I am happy that the Jon Wayne team worked hard to correctly and percisley troubleshoot the problem. They tried hard to retain my equipment. But when it came to brass tacks, the install team came early and finished quickly. more

central A/C trouble 8/11/2011

I was so thankful that we were able to get service the same day. It was getting very hot in our house and needed some relief fast. John Wayne responded so quickly, setting up the appointment was so easy and the lady on the phone to set up the appointment was so nice, professional and courteous. I would definately recommend John Wayne to my friends and family. The service technician was very professional, and was teaching us simple ways to prevent further problems. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!! more

Impressed with Service 8/9/2011

We had to have our system replaced with a new system. The original technichian who told us what was wrong with the old one was honest and didn't try to sell us a new one. I was impressed with this. We decided on a new system at 11:00 in the morning and by 7 that night it was installed and running. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone. more
