phillip did a great check of everything. told me a couple of things i could do. he put a new extra flow vent in to help with the intake?? great kid. worked his but off and in the heat and humidity that's saying something. i want to thank ya'll again for being so quick about getting out here. more

Rudy was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He checked the system thoroughly inside and out, showed us how to keep the drainage pipe maintained, and pointed out a problem with the positioning of the outside drain pipe. He recommended a purge of the inside drain pipe, to which we agreed. He did it so quickly and quietly that I wasn't aware that he was doing it. We're glad we have the Silver maintenance agreement. more

Air Conditioning Service 8/2/2011

You guys are the best! You replaced my entire unit several years ago and ever since then I have recieved nothing but the best from everyone that comes out to my home. I work in a customer service enviroment that expects nothing but the best and you have exceeded my expectations. I recommend your company all the time, especially to my neighbors. more

Minor problems after AC installation but otherwise excellent service 8/1/2011

During installation of the AC/furnace unit, my gas was turned off. After installation, the water heater pilot no longer stays lit consistently. I am wondering if the new furnace unit is drawing too much gas from the water heater. Otherwise, the service was very professional and the installation crew stayed late to make sure the new unit was functioning well. They were very courteous, they cleaned up the work area nicely, and they answered numerous questions thoughtfully and completely. more

I forgot to mention in my early review July 29, 2011 the office staff was excellent. The staff of any office is the hub of how the service will be conducted. John Wayne has both office staff and technicians that service hand to hand together to service the air conditioners to high quality. I called Jon Wayne early today and #103 was out around noon 7/29/2011

Thank you for sending Philip #103. I was worried that my air conditioner was running to long and not turning off last night July 29, 2011. It seems the air conditioner was working to hard to reduce the humidity and not working correctly with either the humidity are the cooling.
