Excellent company, people, and equipment. 7/9/2011

Excellent people and equipment. We could have found cheaper service and equipment but; you get what you pay for. The install crew arrived at about 10 AM and would not leave until we had cold air blowing. These two guys worked continuously until 2:30 AM. I never would have expected that sort of dedication to getting a job done. I really thought that type of work ethic was history. more

only thing, didn't have correct filter and had to pay to upgrade unit, 7/8/2011

I enjoy the Jon Wayne co. They have always done good work. The only problem is that now they don't carry the correct filter for the unit and I had to pay extra for an upgrade to have filter replaced. I will still continue to use Jon Wayne, for their experise and professionalisn. more

Richard was very professional and prompt. He told us exactly what we could expect and that was very reassuring. We're certainly happy that we purchased the Gold warrenty which includes mainenance and parts/labor for 12-years. more

The work and professionalism was excellent 7/7/2011

I was getting very hot and it was getting harder to breath and function. However, I knew that a retpresentative of Jon Wayne's was definitely coming out to the house. When he arrived and throughout his time spent, Edward was efficient and professional. He was through in good time, answered all of my questions, and picked up. Jon Wayne is the provider I am glad I have. Since I have a physiological situation also, I always know I will have help when I need it to have clean, cool, warm air in my home at all times. I am glad for the money I spend each month to keep my air and heating at its top performance. more

Very Happy Camper 7/1/2011

We had our air and heating units installed by Jon Wayne and selected to have bi-annual service contract. We just had our first service inspection and were very surprised at the thourgh and compleet inspection that was preformed. Very Professional. Offered several suggestions for maintaining the unit between inspecton. more
