Aaron Christiansen was the first one out to the house. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was very professional and when doing the quote, he laid out all of our options and gave us time to talk about what we wanted to do.
Once we decided, I was thinking of the best time in a few days for them to come for the install, when Aaron said that someone could be out that day. It was deja vu from when we had John Wayne replace our outside unit last August.
Roger Martinez and Dustin Denton showed up shortly after Aaron left and set to task on what we knew wouldn't be the easiest install job. Their professionalism was second to none on a long job.
It's rare to find such good service in this city. I'll be sending people to John Wayne every chance I can get.
