Quick Service and helpful, knowledgeble repairman 7/12/2011

I woke up to an AC unit not working and had a technician at the house by 10:40. He fixed the issues and thoroughly checked over the system. I was back up and getting cool quickly and in 100 degree heat that is important! more

Professional & Caring by both people who came to our home on 7-9 & 7-10 7/11/2011

Service Tech Edward that came to our rescue for a non-cooling a/c got it up & running within an hour or two which was greatly appreciated because I'm on chemo & am very heat sensitive at this point in time. He was very caring of my situation & responded to getting the job done on 7-10.The senior tech that had to respond on 7-11 because of the compressor fan just kept running was very nice & considerate also. He pretty much knew what the problem was as soon as he took a look. We appreciate that he took the time to also re-check the work that had been done just to make sure that we would not have anymore problems . Thank-you for your staff's consideration in helping from the customer service reps. to the technicians. Sincerely, Kathy & Dan Bienek more

Did not give full evaluation of what needed repair came out bfor second visit and found something else needed to be replaced. Disappointed when told no warranty on newly installed parts. Excellent company, people, and equipment. 7/9/2011

Excellent people and equipment. We could have found cheaper service and equipment but; you get what you pay for. The install crew arrived at about 10 AM and would not leave until we had cold air blowing. These two guys worked continuously until 2:30 AM. I never would have expected that sort of dedication to getting a job done. I really thought that type of work ethic was history. more
