JW sold me the unit 6 years ago. I've been quite pleased with it until this summer when the AC stopped cooling. JW had techs at my home in a few hours, the same day as my early morning call. The service contract I took out with them covered a new condenser and a reinstall, both parts and labor. In the 3 times I requested service during June/July, once the tech seemed not to know what was going on with my unit. Promptly, others were sent who worked for 3 hours one day and 6 the next to solve the problem with my unit.
