Impressed with Service 8/9/2011

We had to have our system replaced with a new system. The original technichian who told us what was wrong with the old one was honest and didn't try to sell us a new one. I was impressed with this. We decided on a new system at 11:00 in the morning and by 7 that night it was installed and running. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone. more

Professionals dedicated to doing it right!!!! 8/8/2011

Carlos Felix was our salesman & evaluator. Because of his knowledge of his product & our A/C problems he literally gained my trust almost immediately. He explained everything that would be done(not leaving anything out). The installation went just as he said. Thank you to the awesome installers. They were professional & courteous. Great guys! We feel safe in our decision to go with Jon Wayne A/C. Here's 5 STARS x 2. Thank you so much!!!! more

My wife and I recently purchased a home and once summer started we began having problems with our old system. after it stopped working for the third time we decided to replace it with a new system. Several companies came out and gave us estimates but only Jon Wayne made me feel comfortable with them installing our A/C. while the other guys spent fifteen minutes telling me what they thought i needed, The salesmen from John Wayne did an outstanding job of assesing our exact needs. The guys who installed the system were well trained, very trustworthy(I had to leave in the middle of the install and when I returned everything was just how i had left it) and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with our system. Thank you John Wayne for giving me excellent service and putting my mind at ease. more

The first visit did not correct the problem. The second visit did. 8/5/2011

The A/C outage was not corrected during the first visit, probably because I declined the tech's recommendation for the installation of a couple of components to the system. The components were installed during the second visit and the a/c has been operating fine since then. I have always been impressed with the professionalism of your techs. more

Our a/c went out and it was over 100 degrees! I called at 5pm and they were here in less than an hour plus, they got it fixed the next day! more

phillip did a great check of everything. told me a couple of things i could do. he put a new extra flow vent in to help with the intake?? great kid. worked his but off and in the heat and humidity that's saying something. i want to thank ya'll again for being so quick about getting out here. more
