richard does a wonderful,fast , and very professional job. i always look forward to him taking care of my a/c-heating needs. will see him again in november, when time to change the big filter and check for winter. thank you also for taking care of my appointment so swiftly and efficiently. barbara barnett more

I had a failure on my AC system while I was out of town. I called on Monday morning for a service call and within 2 hours my unit was back working. The technician immediately identified the issue, advised me of the costs and had the repair completed within 15 minutes. The after service follow up to make sure that I was satiswfied and all was operating properly was extremely professional. This is my third experience with Jon Wayne and each has been well above my expectations. more

Being time for my periodic tune-up, Jon Wayne staff called to set up the appointment for me. They worked with me to reschedule when I asked for a later time. When Eddie came today for the tune-up on my air conditioning unit, he was courteous, asked if I had any questions and went about his job quickly and efficiently. It was refreshing that Eddie didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. more

Eddie had great customer service skills 7/25/2011

I was very impressed with Eddie; was very honest and to the point. Cleared up some misinformation from the original salesman (somewhat of a BS'r). Eddie was very professional and very conscience about being clean and not tracking in dirt while doing his job. I really appreciate that. Very professional guy. more

don't trust this a/c company they will overcharge u for everything and make sure your a/c breaks down so they can charge you again they are a bunch of con artist's 7/23/2011

i had them come for a routine summer checkup and the service guy told me my system was in very good shape that and if i wanted to get more freeon so the house would cool better ( and he could charge me for more) so i said yes that night the a/c went out and i called jon wayne again the next day another service guy told me that my a/c was in bad shape and that putting more freeon put to much pressure on the system and it blew a part out so he told me he could fix it by adding the new part (more charges) not even 4 hrs later the a/c went out again i was feed up with jon wayne i just asked for my money back being that they broke my a/c unit that was running fine they told me they could not do anything about the refund so much for customer service i just wish they would have been honest from the beginning if my system was in bad shape well tell me and tell me if you add freeon it could blow the system and then i would have not added the freeon and i would still have had a running a/c but warning these guys are out to get you for every penny more
