The tech was very professional and polite and made you feel secure that what ever repairs were to be made he would give us a full explanation of why we needed such repair and show us the problem. more

When I first called to make an appointment I was told someone could come to my home that same day. This is fast service. The technician, Phillip, was quite thorough and did a great job. All your technicians are really nice and thrive in doing a good job. more

Excellent Service! 12/1/2010

Today I called Jon Wayne Heating & A/C because they called me for my seasonal service yesterday. To my surprise they immediately had me set up for an appointment same day I called. Which was just awesome. The service guy, Bryan, was punctual and thorough in completing this service. We had questions and he answered them. He also recommended a carbon monoxide alarm, which we needed since we did not have one and very necessary since we have a gas furnace. The price was very reasonable and LIFETIME Warranty/Service on it. We are very satisfied with JON Wayne Heating & A/C. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND! more

Tech was here early and got 'er done! Very satisfied. 11/30/2010

Appt. was 8 to Noon 11/29/10. The tech arrived close to 8 a.m. He evaluated the situation and fixed the problem wihtin a short time. We are very satisfied. more
