professional, thorough and prompt 1/13/2011

The service tech was awesome. He was very thorough and explained everything as he did it. They called and let me know their ETA which is important when you are taking time off from work. As a person with lots of experience and knowledge of A/C companies and how they work, I would recommend John Wayne to anyone. more

I continue to be amazed at the excellent service I continue to get from Jon Wayne Air Conditioning. It is very rare that a customer gets the old time respect and courteous service that we used to get in the so called old days. But with Jon Wayne a custome can expect to be met with friendly, courteous, knowledgable and clean working staff, from the service secretary to the technicion. And the job will be completed in a very professional manner by a technicion that is up to dat with all of the new parts and equipment that is on the market. I can say all of this because I have worked in the air conditioning and refrigeration field for the both Air Force and the civilian area for the past fifty years. Jon Wayne has been to my home on three separate occasions and I can honestly say that I will never call any other company to do air conditiong or heating work for me again. Jeremy, the technician gave a very professional tuning, updating, etc. To my heating unit. When he was finished, it was warmer in the house...may have had to do with a fan he adjusted or fixed...he educated me on carbon monoxide units also. Over all, I am quite satisfied with the care taken to give my home the best performance from Jon Wayne. Thank you. more

All work performed came with a explanation in detail of what they were doing. 12/26/2010

The tech was very professional and polite and made you feel secure that what ever repairs were to be made he would give us a full explanation of why we needed such repair and show us the problem. more
