HORRIBLE SERVICE 7/19/2010

Called the night before no answer after an hour they finally called back and was told I would be seen first thing in the morning they couldn't see me that evening !!1 pm came and still no one showed up when I called to ck status they claimed I was next on the list!! What the heck do they only have one technichian? Seems like it will never use them again!! more

I was in customer service for 20 plus years and know what a disgruntled customer can be. I've had to encounter several situations in the past few years with your employees due to reguler maintenance and some repairs caught from your experienced technicians. All technicians were very knowledgeable, customer oriented, and professional. However, the one that made such an impression on me the most was Paul Flores. The minute I opened my door he looked me straight in my eyes and that immediately relieved my frustrations. This shows the customer that he is there to meet your needs and resolve your problem. Looking a customer in the eye creates a very special, automatic, trust with Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning. This is a very rare trait in people and will keep customers coming back to Jon Wayne and they will refer many other people to call Jon Wayne. This employee, Paul Flores is an asset to your company. more

Everyone I spoke with form the person who answered the phone to the techncians were polite, knowledgable and cared about me. I felt my technician was sent out on a sales mission for service contracts ( 6 options ) rather than taking the time to diagnose my initial complaint, makes me wonder if commission is involved.Part replaced was a "universal" replacement ( not fitting in original location ). Prices were flat rate quotes out of their service manual which was displayed for my viewing more than once.Good businesses are built on reputation and not just advertising.Based on my expierence I wouldn't recommend them. more

My wife and I had been out of town for a couple of days and on our return found out our A/C unit was running and not cooling. Since I am a Platinum Recue member, I called Jon Wayne immediately and a Technician was at the house the next day(Saturday). Since it was a weekend I thought I wouldn't get any help until Monday work week. The tech worked for four hours trouble shooting the unit and finally got it going. He kept telling me he wasn't leaving until he would provide us with A/C comfort. He was very courteous, and since I like to see exactly what technicians do when they work on our equipment, he explained every action/test he was conducting on our unit. We are very please with his service. Pros: Highly Trained technician more
