My wife and I had been out of town for a couple of days and on our return found out our A/C unit was running and not cooling. Since I am a Platinum Recue member, I called Jon Wayne immediately and a Technician was at the house the next day(Saturday). Since it was a weekend I thought I wouldn't get any help until Monday work week. The tech worked for four hours trouble shooting the unit and finally got it going. He kept telling me he wasn't leaving until he would provide us with A/C comfort. He was very courteous, and since I like to see exactly what technicians do when they work on our equipment, he explained every action/test he was conducting on our unit. We are very please with his service.
