Great!! 9/11/2019

Seriously I work 40+ hours so having Jon Wayne Service was very convenient. Everything through email and telephone, to electronically signing loans for a new unit. This company knows what they are doing and my service was able to be complete in 24 hrs post inspection. Texas heat is no joke and my children starting middle school is a lot of pressure a down AC unit is detrimental and I was happy to have such a great experience to move forward raising my family. more

Yearly service 12/11/2016

Tech was professional and knowledgeable. We purchased our system from Jon Wayne three years ago. Best investment we've made. Everyone we have dealt with have been friendly and professional. If you need a new system or if your current system needs service, we recommend Jon Wayne more

Heating unit repairs 12/9/2016

Rudy Johnson came to our home to repair our heating unit. He was very professional and did the job in a very short period of time. Being a busy person myself I appreciate other people who use their time wisely. We will definately be calling Jon Wayne Service Co. for any service needs at our home or company. Recent residential plumbing work. 12/5/2016

Had a great deal of work done by Jon Wayne employees over the last week. Problems were explained and options discussed. Old equipment was overhauled, and the new equipment was promptly installed by technicians, who were obviously competent and hard-working individuals. They worked together very well. Very happy with every aspect of their work and the equipment that was installed. Highly recommend Jon Wayne. more

very informative about fire alarm being placed correctly also how important to have a carbon alarm also he also took his time and made sure everything was cleaned to our satisfaction he was a little late but he wasn't in a rush to leave either and it was after 5pm but I never saw him look at his watch not once. I was very please with this visit and his work more

Best AC company I have ever delt with. 8/18/2016

I have just moved to South Texas and bought a home with a very old central unit that went out a month after I bought the home. I called around and everyone said it would be a week are tow before they could come out. In 108 degree weather that is!!! One call to John Wayne and they was out to my home that afternoon. Chris was an awesome guy. He explained everything to us and helped us get the best unit for our home. That was on a Friday and my unit was installed on Monday. The package I was given is great. They cleaned my Ducts and Sealed them. Also sprayed insulation in my attic. These guys are very professional and great people to have install my AC. I highly recommend John Wayne AC if anyone needs to have their AC replace. Oh and they leave your home the way it was when they got there. All their mess is pick up. And the support the greatest country on earth. The USA!!!!!!! more
