Brandon Jonas was very thorough in analyzing the problem and was able to resolve and restore my a/c service. He is courteous, highly knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. I will ask for Brandon Jonas for future service. more

Great and fast service 6/27/2016

Did not fix leak 6/24/2016

These guys have a neat name, fancy ads and pretty trucks, but are nothing special. I had a condensate leak, they came out twice, got paid and I still have the leak weeks later. Their Service Manager said I needed to pay more to really stop the leak ("we don't do anything for free"). Hard to explain other than to say; lame, typical, predictable and find someone else. more

Cool Summer 6/7/2016

we had a/c trouble and we called Jon Wayne heating and air and got our situation fixed. There was no saving our old unit so the service rep (Brandon Jonas) was straight to the point and helped us get financing for a new unit. The installers (Joe P and his crew) installed the unit and by that night my home was nice and cool. The installers were very professional and were careful when installing the unit and made sure nothing in the home was damaged. I would recommend Jon Wayne heating and air to anyone that is having a/c trouble because the job gets done right. more

Lionel came out late in the day to fix an a/c problem and was very friendly and professional and recognized the problem quickly and thoroughly checked everything and had it working again in quick order. Excellent job!!!! more

Overpriced drastically!!! 4/25/2016

I already had a water heater and they quoted a price of over $1,000 to install. Only work to do was solder pipe and hook-up. They charged us $147 to solder small pipe and $29 service call, total invoice was $176.00. They were at my house for less tha n 15 minutes....highway robbery! Will never use their service again. more

He did an great job of checking the system & giving me an evaluation of the existing system. Cleaned & serviced it completely. After the review I felt confident in signing up for the HVAC service plan. more

Went out of his way to ensure air purifier was installed properly, old system was only using one transformer and was concerned it may fail if new system was placed on it so added new transformer. Did outstanding job. more
