John Wars from Jon Wayne Service Company was awesome! After having a couple of other companies come out and make a guess at what was going on with our system, (a guess that amounted up to a brand new unit and $8,500 without even fully inspecting our unit), John came out and made an accurate diagnosis and came up with a solution to our problem for under $200. His inspection is what I imagined a professional A/C mechanic to be. The other guys....Not so much. I can't say enough good things about these guys based on John's work. more

Would like to send a review for the Technician who came to our rescue for us on 11/11/15. The whole house felt really hot and Mr. Lionel Nogue came to our house to check our air conditioner unit. 3rd visit, work not complete, always seems to be a issue on what the problem is, maybe or invoice missing parts needed, not sure of root of problem it appears to be dispatch not sending technicians with proper parts and instructions. You would think after 2k dollars plus AND the cost of an annual service contract the level of customer service would be higher. We all have choices as to what company's we use in our homes, after this experience with John Wayne I would NOT recommend them to service your a/c unit unless you have endless time and money. more

We purchased a central air and heat pump system last week to replace a 20 year old unit. Joe met with us the evening we called and, based on the expert information he provided, we made the decision to go with Jon Wayne, and the system was completely installed the next day. A good bit of complicated construction was required so that the new equipment could fit into the space available, and Shaon and his team did a superb job. Of all the crews who have worked at our home over the last 20 years, the team from Jon Wayne was absolutely the most professional. The technicians worked straight through until the job was complete. They had everything they needed on their trucks (which hasn't always been the case in the past with other installers). We are very pleased with the work done, the warranties provided, and the resulting "high tech" cool air in our home. Thank you for responding so quickly and so professionally. more

I got same day service and my system fixed for less than $200. I am so happy I was prepared for the worst. These Guys are realy Great. My Service Rep Chris was really a Pro. more

I just wanted to share with everyone about the new system I paid Jon Wayne to install in June. I just got our August usage from CPS and it was $107.79!!!! (without taxes) I couldn’t believe it. We’ve been struggling to pay our CPS bills every month since they’re usually over $250. We are so grateful to Jon Wayne from the outstanding workers they sent to the completed system. We’re still in shock and know this was the best money we’ve spent on our home. Thank you Jon Wayne for a job well done! more
