Good service. Fast response. Prices way too high on repairs and maintenance. Tech quoted $1400 to pull coil out and clean. I called someone who had this done and they paid less than $300 with another company. more

I called Jon Wayne after going through several contractors for some AC work, who did very incompetent work. I was extrememely pleased with Jon Wayne and later recommended them to my 82 year old mother when she needed a new AC. They put in a whole new unit for her and treated her with great respect, patience, and care on top of doing a fantastic job for her. She was very pleased and I appreciate Jon Wayne's treatment in dealing with her. I know older people can be a real pain. I used TRS AC/Heating for 20 years and when I needed them next was told that they went out of business and had referred their client list to Jon Wayne. Well I thought I could find someone on my own which turned out to be a disaster. There are a lot of bad contractors and companies out there. I saw the Jon Wayne advertisement on TV and thought they would be too expensive if they could afford to advertise on TV, but turns out they are not! They are reasonable in price, reliable, customer focused, and above all competent. Which is a very hard combination to find in San Antonio. Believe me I know! I have lived in San Antonio for 54 years. Great job. Keep up the good work! more

The Jon Wayne team is awesome. To find a service company that gives you everything they say they'll do is refreshing. I have MS and am unable to work. When their technician Joe Turner came to my house to do the routine checkup he was great. After doing his checks and then advising me of any foreseeable future problems (due to the age of my hvac system). He stayed a little longer just to chat with me. I guess he could tell I was a little lonely and didn't mind letting me bend his ear for a while. The point is you don't often find that kind of guy in a service tech and for that I think Joe is a not just a great service tech but a Shining example of what all Jon Wayne's personnel should strive to be like if they are not already. more

I have had AC/Heating services from Jon Wayne for approx. 2 yrs. these services include replacing my ac/heating system, attic insulation and moisture light. The technians were very curtious and knowable. Would recommend. more

rep who came was great. he spent a lot of time explaining the causes and effects of issues I could have, helped me with preventive maintenance and answered all of my questions. Did a thourough job even dealt with my cats who gathered around him. more

We have been using them for 7 yrs now. They have always responded quickly when needed. The service plan has more than payed for it self inthe first year,with regular check ups. Their people are always courteous,polite and helpful. I have always recommended them to anyone who asks. more

They called again on Monday to advise us they would contact us just prior to the arrival of the crew. That was done about 20 minutes prior to arrival. Great job, quick, in and out, no problems. GREAT JOB. Thanks. more
