This is the second time I have used Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning. They have been on time and call at least 30 minutes before arrival. They wear bootys on their shoes when they come in the house. The men who have been to my house are very courtious and answer any questions you might have. These men know what they are doing. more

The only concern I have is that last year, they checked both heather and AC and was done only one time at the beginning of the year according to the contract. This year they will come twice but I had to ask them to check the heater first due to some concerns I had but the problem is that the winter season is almost over and we need to check the AC instead. They will come for the AC pretty soon but then, next year, they will not check it for another 8 or 9 months. more

Jon Wayne is THE place to call in time of a crisis!! Knowing we needed major work done; we applied for financing before scheduling a technician to give us an estimate. We were approved for finanacing and got an estimate that same day. We scheduled a complete replacement of both indoor/outdoor units including the addition of upstairs/downstairs zones for the following day. We also needed some other modifications to our existing air intake and ductwork because the home builder did not install them properly. Jon Wayne Air came in and finished the entire job in TWO DAYS! No hidden costs, no additional charges even though they ran into a couple of problems and did extra work to correct it. Their entire crew was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. I have complete trust in this company and we are very impressed with our new system. If quality work and stress free is what you want, then don't hesitate to call Jon Wayne Air. They are worth their weight in gold. Pros: Major work completed quickly Cons: not the cheapest but worth every penny more

I use Jon Wayne because I have the Gold Service Program - however, when the technician said it would be over $600 to install a thermostat??? If I recommended your company I would have to preface it with the fact that you are VERY EXPENSIVE...I would have never paid that to have a thermostat installed...plus the "old" one was only 2 yrs old (installed by Jon Wayne. The other one was a little larger and was programable - but since he said he heard me say I didn't use the programable one , he put in a non-programable one that was smaller in size and it leaves an "unpainted" area around the termostat. So, is this petty? I don't know...I just think it should have been replaced with what was on there in the first place. Do I want it changed out - not right now. But you do get kuddo's for getting him over here fast, as my schedule (I work in real estate) was irratic and I needed to be here and there. He did have to come back a second time because the termostat was not functioning properly...but he did get that fixed at that time. RESPONSE FROM Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning: This customer had a valid complaint. The thermostat that we replaced for her (at no charge under the Gold Rescue Club) was smaller than the original thermostat and left a visible difference. We sent the Tech back today to resolve the issue. more
