Best Deal In town 5/26/2009

We had our A/C Go out on over the weekend. After leaving message after message for the Company Who installed my sytem and not getting any response, I finally called ""Jon Wayne to the Rescue"" ( thats how they answer the phone, so cute). So I talked to Monica who promtply dispached a tech out to my home. Tech (JJ) Arrived at my home and checks the system out and finds out it was a problem that the installer overlooked and had my system up and going in 5 minutes, seriously 5 minutes. Best part is this, JJ says since he was in the neighborhood and working on my street as a matter of fact and since it only took 5 minutes and the other company still has warranty on my unit, NO CHARGE, Seriously NO CHARGE, I tried to pay him at least the $29 service Fee but He Insisted. This is incredible. Pros: Great Service, Good Prices more

My Home was new bought in 2006 my A/C unit was running great just needed it serviced for summer I had John Wayne A/C come and service my A/C unit and they started the service, we presented them with a coupon from their website which they would not take. My wife said the tech informed her that it was very low on coolant and it had a leak, and pressed her to call me to have it fixed. I told her it was running great before the service what happened. the tech said the leak was outside the house.I informed the website and other sites that this is not a way to generate business.My wife called the manager to answer for his technitians actions many times and they have not returned the calls.they do not honor their promise to provide quality work, the rating is poor. Pros: They go after sales for their Company Cons: They Do Not provide quality work more

Great job on short notice 3/14/2009

I had my heat and air go out unexpectangly and was afriad that I would get overcharged with a big bill.. not only did they waive the sat service fee but the actual cost ws very effective for my budget. The technician was nice, friendly and fast. I would definetly recommend. more

What a deal. 2/17/2009

I just wanted to say I called Jon Wayne out today to have my Unit checked out. It was making a loud noise inside. The Technician who came out (JJ) found the problem quickly and I asked him to do a system tune-up since I have not had this done in a while. The work was amazing.They are very professional and explain things in laymen terms. Easy to deal with and priced very fair. The Customer Service Rep Monica who set my original call even called me back the next day to make sure I was happy with the service. 100% Customer Service oriented company.\r Pros: Quick, Proffesional, Good Prices Cons: None more

We would like to take the time to let you know how pleased we are with our recent purchase of the Classic Comfort System and duct work. What a difference!\r Even though we needed a new system, we carefully researched our Yellow Pages and the Internet to find the right air conditioning company, and we felt that we chose well. After working with your staff we felt even better about our choice.\r Your staff is extremely confident in the work they do and that is a lasting impression.\r Our home was assessed by Johnny Rackler and he did a great job figuring out what we needed to replace our old system and what was best for us. Our previous system was almost twenty years old and failing us. Our new duct work was designed specially for our home by Mr. Rackler, and it has improved comfort in our home tremendously. As for our installation, Guy, Shoan, and Josh did a fantastic job. They were courteous, polite, and professional. So professional to the point of treating this job was like they were installing their own system in their own home, another words...doing this job with great care, and taking minimal breaks to insure the job was completed quickly and to satisfaction. \r They also briefed us on how to care for our new system. We will gladly recommend your business to our friends and family. Takin' Advantage of! 1/19/2009

My heating unit broke right before Christmas this year! It was a completely miserably cold. I flipped into the yellow pages and ran across a seeming harmless name ""Jon Wayne Heating and A/C"" (Don't let the name fool you). They soon made it my way after 4 Phone calls They had me sitting around all day. A young man soon appeared at my door, semi-well dressed but very poor-spoken. He sat down and gave me 6 different options from 300$ to well over 3000$ to fix my heater. I was so confused. Service contacts this and warranty that i didn't not know what to do. Until he made a perfect solution! Just buy a new one for 6000$ to 20,000$!!!!!! Me on a tight budget said he could get me financed! all my parers have been answered. ( I'm being sarcastic ). I soon threw them out of my house and called another company. They soon fixed my heater that night for 152$ guess what, Its running strong they cleaned it and fixed it in less that 2 hours. Pros: only 29$ to get them in your house Cons: You want them in your house? more

I had one of those home warranties. We had a problem with our Furnace and the home warranty company sent out their contractor to tell me I needed to replace my furnace and the warranty co. would not cover it due to lack of maintenance. I called Jon Wayne for a second opinion.at the recommendation from my co-worker who has used them for years. They sent out a service tech the same day and not only is he clean and neat and proffesional but he gets my furnace fixed for a very reasonalble rate. It turns out a loose wire caused my problem not a faulty circuit board like the other company told me. John Wayne is my new a/c co. Its good to know there is someone out there you can trust. more

We had another reputable company fix it. At the same time the technician told us that we were sold an inferior unit for a house our size and that we paid way too much for it. He thought it should have been more like $3,500 to $4,000. The last time Jon Wayne came out to fix it, the technician said that we needed a whole new unit. After my husband's reaction, the unit was miraculously fixed and didn't need replacing. Pros: None Cons: Only interested in your money, not the comfort of their customers. more
