As always, the technicians are professional and very courteous. I feel safe knowing that I don't have to worry about some thug or ex-con coming into my home. If only other businesses cared about their customers as much as Jon Wayne does, life would be that much more easier. Keep up the good work. more

Upfront, honest, excellent service. 2/9/2010

Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning has done repair and maintenance work for us. We call them prior to every summer to check out our AC system and make sure that everything is working properly because it gets so hot here in the summer. They always show up on time and call ahead to let us know when they are coming and which technician they are sending. When it was raining and muddy recently, the technician was so courteous and put slip covers over his shoes before coming into the house. They also are upfront and honest about what we need or do not need for our system. For example, when I thought there was a problem, I called Jon Wayne Heating & Air and they sent Cesar out right away. He inspected everything and said it looked fine. The steam that I had seen turned out to be a result of the weather, and Cesar told me that he did not need to do any work on the unit. They also are frank about price. If there is a particular part they know that I need, they will call it in and let me know how much it will cost. I highly recommend them. Louis Sifuentes more

Whenever I call, someone is available within a couple hours to respond to my needs. When I was in Iraq, Jon Wayne put in a new air/heating system using Puron. They took the time to discuss it on the phone with me and answer my questions. more

The service provided to me was outstanding - see letter below, 2/9/2010

December 14, 2009 Subject: Letter of Appreciation To: Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning, LTD 9272 US Highway 87 E San Antonio, Texas I live in SanAntonio, Texas. I have an AC/Heater system in my home that was installed by a San Antonio company in 1993. On December 8, 2009, the heater failed to start. I called the company that installed it. Their repairman came the next day after five PM. He examined the unit and said that the problem was in the “Mother board” (the computerized circuit board). I asked him to replace it. He made a call and said that the system was so old that the Carrier Company did not make spare parts any longer and that the entire furnace would have to be replaced. Later, I was advised by the company owner that the wise thing to do would be to replace the entire system because of the age of the unit. I asked for a written estimate. Next, I called the wholesale company that sells Carrier parts. I gave them the model number, they checked, and said that they had the “mother boards” in stock. I called John Wayne on December 10, 2009. I explained my problem and asked for their free second opinion. In less than an hour their truck arrived driven by a young man, Johnny Johnson. He went right to work, examined the furnace and said that the problem was in the “mother board”. When asked whether he could fix it, he said. “yes” and went to his truck. He had the “mother board” to be replaced. In less than two hours the furnace was running and the house was heating. I appreciate the way that Jon Wayne solved my problem. The Northside office took action right away. Johnny Johnson is an outstanding young man, experienced, trained, polite and educated. His considerate action save me several thousand dollars! I am a 88 year old combat infantry colonel. I have known many young men so I am qualified to say that your company is fortunate to have Johnny Johnson as a member of John Wayne! Albert C.
