My 14 year old ac system stopped cooling. Jon Wayne techs came out and diagnosed the problem within 24 hours. Albert left me four clearly written recommendations for 4 options ranging from a less expensive "bandaid" type repair to a complete replacement with a premium system. To be honest, I was skeptical. I called a second AC company for a second opinion. That company came to the same diagnosis and gave similar recommendations in the same price ranges. My husband and I decided to go with the system replacement recommended by Albert. He came the next day to measure our system dimensions and early the next day Shaun and Noah installed a beautiful, efficient new system. They worked extremely hard all day, taking no breaks. They protected my carpets while bringing in replacement equipment, improved the electrical connections and airflows. They removed all the elements of the old system and cleaned up completely after themselves, leaving no trash or debris. They were both extremely professional and polite. They worked together very well, and nine hours later our house was finally cool. Jon Wayne made financing easy and our payments will fit into our budget. more

Your employee, Chris Emerson, was at my home on the day and time promised. He was very professional and explained fully what was needed to repair my air-conditioner. All the service people we have had in our home have been very professional. My wife likes that they are mindful to cover their shoes, may be surprised at how many company don't do it. all in all we are very happy with the dealing with your company and have given your name to several of our friends. I know that one was a woman whose husband was in Iraq and the first people she called were really taking advantage of her. When she called you and you came and took care of her problem, you not only saved her money but only did the work that needed to be done. It says a lot what a company is like in how things like this are handled, you can be sure we will continue to tell our friends to call you. more
