Very professional work, courteous, reviewed their work with me. 1/31/2011

They got here early and got to work. I also was having problems with my thermostat so they fixed it and went over the details with me on that. They inspected my heat pump system after determining that the thermostat needed fixing first. I was given a review of what they did. I would recommend these guys again. more

They give you the break down of whats going on with your system and tell you how to fix it right They are driven on customer satisfaction not sales. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive. They are my go to people when it comes to HVAC! more

I feel good about what has been done. 1/26/2011

They answered questions that I wish had been answered when everything was installed. In their defense, we gave information about what we were doing that was probably causing the system to work. more

Problem Solved 1/24/2011

Our thermostat went blank and the house was freezing! It was the weekend and late at night. I called Jon Wayne and a service tech, Aaron, was quickly at my house. He was able to locate the problem, and fixed it fast. With a house full of kids, Im glad Jon Wayne was able to keep my house toasty and warm on a cold winters night. Thank you Aaron and Jon Wayne team. -Ben more
