Equipment and service are top notch! 3/8/2011

From the sales representative (Carlos), to the installation crew, and the service technicans who have come out to our house, my wife and I could not be more satisfied. All of your people have been friendly, professional and thorough. The Bryant system we had installed exceeds all our expectations. We look forward to a long and pleasant association with Jon Wayne in the future. more

Fantastic Company and Service! 3/7/2011

After purchasing a replacement air conditioning system last year, we had our first seasonal checkup this week. We were told the servicemen could be here the day we called, and they were, exactly on time. Service was phenomenal, timely, and technicians were very professional. We could not be more happy! And our air conditioning bill has been substantially reduced this year. Thanks, Jon Wayne! more

I was very satisfied with the service I received from the technician Jon Wayne sent to my house. I would like to have the same technician come next time I need a technician, please. I was so use to having Paul come to my house, but since he left I would like this young man come back. I could some up the quality of work and service in one word Awesome. But thats not enough. John Wayne cares about their customers concerns and is willing to take the extra initiative to insure satisfaction. This company is a complete package, professional, courteous, and dedicated. With the vast amount of Heating and Air Companies in the surrounding area its difficult to recognize the best. I can recommend from experience that disappointment will not come from the service of John Wayne and their associates. more
