I've been using Jon Wayne Heating and A/C for many years now. I was referred by a friend originally, after having a nightmare situation with another company in the past. From the start Jon Wayne's service impressed me from the first call to the serviceman that appeared at my door, right on time! Servicemen introduce themselves, wear labeled workshirts and covers for their shoes. They get right to work, work thoroughly and quickly, and when they leave you never know they were there because they clean up after themselves so well, and everything is working great! Every serviceman that has come to my home has been very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. After they explain what was wrong and what they did, they make recommendations for care in-between service visits, and they ask if I have any questions. I love that! This last gentleman that visited my home was named Rudy. A quiet gentleman, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He'd be welcome in my home anytime I needed help again! I have only the best to say about the Jon Wayne company, as a local business professional and as the A/C and heating service that I will use and refer to family and friends. Simply the best!
