Professional, friendly service 10/28/2011

Technician arrived at the last possible minute to still be considered on time. The only reason I mention this is because the dispatcher had called me an hour and fourty five minutes before the tech got there to tell me he was on his way. It does not take that long to get anywhere in this town. My suggestion would be that the dispatcher wait to call until the tech is really on his way. I opted to have both my heater and a/c tuned up at the same time. I was given a great discount for doing so. more

Without fail, Jon Wayne to my rescue again! I have been with Jon Wayne for several years now, and as per usual the service is Superb! I am a disabled vet and rely on you to help keep my cooling and heating in tip top shape. All of your technicians have always been congenial, knowledgeable and have always taken my disabilities into account. The all around service provided has been the best. I have had many other offers for AC/Heating services at a much lower cost, but none compare to the service provided by Jon Wayne. I have recommended and will always recommend you to my family and friends. Cannot think of her name, but your receptionist has been my guardian angel and she insures that I get timely service and always keeps me informed if a delay is imminent, or if the techs can come earlier than the original appt, time. I am very greatful to all for a job well done, and am at the point where I consider many of the technicians I have met over the years as my friends. Again, kudos to all and thank you sovery, very much. more

October 21, 2011 Dear Jon Wayne Team, In late August, 2011, I responded to a television ad for new air conditioning in my home. Your office phone staff was quick and courteous, and surprised me by granting me an appointment date and time of my choosing. On September 2nd, your Sales Advisor, Tim Britt arrived at my home, exactly on-time! He quickly and professionally took the necessary readings and measurements to give me an accurate evaluation of my existing system versus 3 or 4 new unit options. Mr. Britt also showed me electricity consumption comparisons, which seemed nearly unbelievable to me. And, if accurate, my average monthly CPS bill could be cut in half! As we discussed pricing, Mr. Britt made the application and financing process the easiest large purchase Ive ever made! (And, Ive made many!) If that wasnt enough, he surprised me with an installation date of the next morning! SOLD! On September 3rd, your installers phoned to say they were on their way, and arrived at my home, again exactly on-time. AMAZING!!!! A service company that arrives on-time? Yes, really! Not only did Tim Britt arrive as promised, but so did the installers. (I have never experienced that, and have been a home owner for decades!) Although it was nearly 100 degrees, your installers, Jeremy and Roger, were absolutely cool and calm, identified themselves, and smiled throughout the entire day. They had no blaring radios, no fowl language, and remained polite and professional despite knowing theyd still have another new install to complete after finishing the job here. And, although I said it was not necessary, your men always wore their little blue paper booties every time they entered my home. Roger did a great job on the outside portion of the install. He did not leave even one wire clipping, nut or bolt in the yard. He was careful to close the gate each time he went through it, even though he knew my dogs were in the house. And, Jeremys carpentry work was seer perfection! In fact, he should instruct others in best practices. Ive shown the install to several neighbors and friends now, and everyone agrees its beautiful! After the attic insulation team added their professional touches, all equipment and protective tarps were removed. The sawdust was vacuumed, and not even a ding could be found in any doorframe! So, why did I wait so long to reply to your survey? For the CPS bill, of course! And, just as Tim Britt promised, my bill was lower. No, not just a little bit lower, LOWER! In the month prior to the installation of my new air conditioning system, my bill was $151.89. My current bill is $68.66!!!!!! I had phone Tim just to share the news. So, please count me as one of your most satisfied Jon Wayne customers, and share these compliments and kudos with Tim, Jeremy, Roger, the insulation crew, and your office staff.
