Jon Wayne Service Company

My first experience with Jon Wayne was Jan. 6, 2010, we were about to have our first hard freeze in S.A. when I heard a loud noise come from my central unit. I was so scared that as soon as Jon Wayne opened, I called for them to come and check my gas heating unit. I not only got their top technician within a couple of hours but KSAT 12 News Station came out to interview Jeremy/Jon Wayne's Tech and myself due to the hard freeze that was headed our way. Other than my stage fright, everything went smoothly. Jeremy fixed my unit and I got the peace of mind that I sought to receive from Jon Wayne and slept nice and cozy the rest of the winter. On Nov. 8, 2011 I noticed something odd about my heating unit again. I called Jon Wayne explained my problem, they called Jeremy the Tech. that came out in Jan. 2010, he remembered (after all this time) how he had to repair my unit, explained in detail to Malvin the Tech. that came out to check the unit,he ran some tests, the unit was fine and again I have peace of mind and can sleep through the night with no worries. And I wasn't charged a cent for them coming out. I Love Jon Wayne Heating & Air conditioning, LTD! I will never use anyone else. They treat you like your part of their family! Both Tech.'s that have come out were very warm hearted, professional and not out to make an easy dollar what so ever! I recommend Jon Wayne whole heartedly, you will not be disappointed, I promise! Thank You Jeremy and Malvin! I'm a lifetime customer! more

AC system was only blowing cold air. Technician was able to quickly identify the issue and we were warm and toasty in about 30 minutes. Joe was prompt and courteous. He also placed a call to let me know he was on his way. Thank you Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning! more

The technician came as promptly as traffic permitted after our telephone notification that he was coming. He worked efficiently, suggested that we upgrade to Gold coverage, which we declined, then left for his next appointment. He was very friendly, and seemed very capable. more

Richard Andre performed a precision tune up on my two new Evolution furnaces today. (Two Crockett A/C units and two Evolution Furnaces were installed on 19/20 Mar, 2011 by Shaun and Jessie). I was thoroughly impressed by Rich's professional manner. It was nothing like the 30 minute tune ups I had performed by my previous HVAV company. I watched Rich meticulously complete each system tune up and check off each step on his checklist sheets while explaining each step to me. He not only took great pride in doing his work but showed a passion for his work that would make any supervisor proud and totally convince any customer that his HVAC systems were in mighty good hands. It was quite obvious that Rich was very well trained and extremely knowledgeable on HVAC systems. I can't express to Jon Wayne how rewarding it is for me, as a customer, to experience the exceptional level of service rendered by Richard today. I have received nothing but outstanding service from every individual I've met at Jon Wayne and Richard is yet another example of the quality personnel serving on the JW's A-Team! I am also grateful for how quickly Stacy Larosh responded to Richard's request for providing a can of spray adhesive to complete the thorough tune up checks. Please let Richard know I very much appreciated all his efforts to provide quality service. Also, please schedule him to return in March to perform a precision tune up for my two A/C units.
