I have had the best service from the Jon Wayne men that have been to my house to service our air conditioner unit. Steve was here today and he was very informative. He answered all my questions concerning our unit. He was very thorough. I have only good things to say about our service with Jon Wayne professionals. more

My husband and I are both extremely satisfied with the service we've received from Jon Wayne. When one of our upstairs units went out, Jason explained in detail what he had found. He then provided written estimates of our repair and/or replacement options. When the installers came to put in the new unit, they were on time and very efficient. I highly recommend Jon Wayne! more

Great job all the way around. He found a few problems and fixed them immediately and then provided me with 6 options for future upgrades based on the status of my system. Very helpful! more

Good service once the work was started. My only comment is that if you have a appointment between, say 2-6, I would suggest at 2 an update on the toime could be provided either via text or phone call. Randy was excellent and very knowledgeble in the system. more

the service person checked out the problem and then gave me 4 options. this is the first time i can remember that i actually had a choice in how much the repair would cost and the levels of warranty more
