I was pleased with the level of service that I received. Ray, the technician, was courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail that went into preventative maintenance for both the heating and cooling system. Although expensive, I would definitely use them again! more

Had 4 Mitsubishi Mr. Slim's installed in June/July of 2010. 1/17/2012

These units were the perfect solution to our heating/air conditioning problems. Since the units are fairly new to the US, Jon Wayne has solved problems that the units have and have been very attentive to our needs. more

This was a follow-up inspection after having a new HVAC system installed. They made an appointment to come and be sure it was working as it should, they showed up on time for the inspection, reviewed features and operations with us, and answered all our questions. We're very pleased with the service we get from them. more

Bought a new system 1/15/2012

Had a good experience with them. Had a new system put in and they just one day to complete and they cleaned up everything and explained everything in detail. Highly recommended more
