I have used Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning for many years to service the AC/Heating unit in my home. They have always been very professional and informative about any work that needed to be done. Their technitions always arrive on time and don't waste time getting the job done. They are very careful about leaving everything clean. They cover their shoes when working inside the house and they vaccuum the filter and vent grills, if needed. They never leave a mess inside or outside the home. They also keep me informed about any technical advancements that have been made in AC/Heating, so that if I decide to update the system, I can make an informed decision. I highly recommend them for any AC/Heating job that may arise. more

Winter Tune-up 1/28/2012

I had my routine winter tune-up and a young man named Joel, we had not had before showed up very prepared for what he would be doing. He took care of what he could on the Tuesday and asked if he could re-schedule another day to complete outside and finish some warranty issue which needed to be addressed. Since we've had our system in 2 1/2 years; this was the first time we were truly pleased with the technician. We have asked for this young man to be our regular technician if possible. Thank you more
