I always get phone calls to let me know when to expect them. When they arrive, they have booties in hand to where their first step inside my house is protected. They always inform me of their plans for the day.(Check-up) They go straight to work and don't fool around. When they are done they explain their recommendations to me in a clear and concise manner. I have never had a mess to clean up after them. more

Semi-annually silver club member service 3/10/2012

Technician was timely, thorough, neat, efficient, well groomed and courteous. He had all necessary replacement parts and equipment on hand. Explained all maintenance carried out and explained future maintenance needs for my next upcoming service needs. more

TOTALLY AWSOME TEAMWORK 3/9/2012

I recently had my entire system replaced including the ductwork. The crew worked like dogs for over 14 hours straight. They were efficient, friendly and even repaired a damaged water supply line they happened to find in the attic. They were entirely enthusiastic for the job they were doing and worked together extremely well as a team. more

At least a 5 star service 3/8/2012

I am so happy we have a contract with Jon Wayne. We get the 2 system checks every year but the most important thing is knowing that we have a company that will be available if we have a problem with our system. Both of us are elderly and I have breathing problems and am on oxygen so I really need the ac practically year round and would suffer a lot if we lost it for a lengthy period in the summer. more

Outstanding, expedient and expert service 3/7/2012

Ray our tech, did an outstanding job, very professional and courteous individual. Briefed me on what problems he had found, and then briefed me again before he left. Tested the unit on heating and cooling mode to insure serviceability. more
